How to return an item, and when your money comes back.
Return window
Free returns within 14 days
- You can return the product within 14 days of delivery
- The product must be in its original condition, with its packaging
- A full refund if the product has a manufacturing defect
How to request a return
- Open the order from My orders in your account.
- Once it is delivered, tap Request a return; the support form opens with the order already selected.
- Describe the reason; we contact you on your phone number within 24 hours to arrange the pickup.
When your refund arrives
The amount is refunded within 3 to 5 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Damaged or wrong item
If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of it. If it is not what you ordered, report it from the order details and we replace it or refund you — your choice.
Cancelling before it ships
You can cancel from the order details page while the order is still under review or has not shipped yet.
