The marketplace and the seller
Souq Gini is a platform of independent stores: the seller is the store named on the product page and is responsible for the product, its price and its availability; Souq Gini provides the browsing, checkout, tracking and support.
Orders and cancellation
Each order belongs to one store. You can cancel it from its details page while it is under review or has not shipped, and change the delivery address before it ships.
Payment and instalments
Cash on delivery, a Qi Card, or instalments through Aqsati and Ratibi on eligible products; prices are in Iraqi dinars, and the order summary shows the full amount before you confirm.
Returns & refunds
Most products can be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition, with the refund issued within 3 to 5 working days of inspection. See the returns page for the details.
Your account
Your account is tied to your phone number and verified with a one-time code. You are responsible for orders placed from it, and you can change the number or delete the account from the settings.
